1. Drop me an email (jpc at popjack dot net), and I’ll set you up with an author-level username and password.
2. Write your post. I like posts on the blog to be short conversation starters. Keep it around 250 words. Expect that if you write a good, thought-provoking post, you’ll have a chance to make some additional points in the comments.
3. If you’re comfortable using the intuitive Wordpress interface, go ahead, write your bit, and publish it. If you need help publishing, write it, save it as a draft, and I’ll publish it ASAP. Last resort, write it in Word or some other text editor, email it to me, and I’ll do the rest.
